Payments - For patients with HMO, EPO, or POS please bring referrals from your primary care physicians. For employers with Worker's Compensation questions, please call to discuss how we can assist you with our Corporate Health Services medical care.

American Executive Health System is credentialed as a family/primary care facility with most insurance companies.  If you are an HMO or Tri Care Prime patient, your insurance company will require a referral and you will be billed for a family/primary care visit and NOT as an urgent care visit. You are responsible for any deductibles for your office visit as required by your insurance company.
